Wellness out West! (WoW!): Mental wellbeing and obesity in the Darling Downs Region

Mental health and obesity are interlinked, whereby those with obesity have a 55% higher risk of depression. Similarly, adults with mental health disorders have an 8% greater chance of being obese than those without a disorder. This talk will include discussion on the determinants of mental health and obesity, and recommendations for action.
