Wound healing inspired by parasitic worm spit

Diabetic chronic wounds are a serious problem that cost billions of dollars annually and lead to amputations of 12 Aussie limbs every day. Mic's team are developing a novel solution, a supercharged wound healing cream inspired by cancer causing parasitic worms.

Toy photographer, tour guide, and science communicator, Steven Gill, is on a mission to change the way people view the world around them, and it all starts with the little things. LEGO, laughs, and live animal photography will all come together on the stage to show how everything really IS awesome!
