Honeybees are essential pollinators but their health is under threat. Find out about how we are using cutting edge genomics-based technologies to create a honeybee health index to understand and manage the complex causes of colony collapse.

Dr Amy Paton is a Systems Biologist working at CSIRO in Land and Water. She is interested in how we can use changes in genes, proteins and metabolites to understand how contaminants and environmental conditions affect animal and ecosystem health.
